Climate control AC/Heat is regulated on each level. Recessed halogen lighting throughout the home on dimmers lets you set any mood you like.

Completely turn key with custom furniture, maple hardwood floors and an array of exotic tile and granite. The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals with top quality appliances and all the spices and cooking utensils you will need.

Strong WIFI access throughout the home will keep you connected at all times. If you need to work while you are staying here there are plenty of spacious areas & tables, patios & decks to work from each room and common space.

The Living Room has a 50 inch LCD Television with full streaming platforms for your entertainment. Each bedroom is equipped with 40 inch LCD Smart Television with streaming service interfaces which allows you to comfortably stay entertained between the sheets.

You'll whave full access to the Washington Park Natatorium Indoor Aquatic Center located three blocks away to relax, swim & exercise that is open year round.

The Washington Park Natatorium consists of a10 lane 25 yard by 25 meter heated competition pool. The pool depth goes from 6 feet 7 inches to 9 feet. There is also a 25 yard length by 10 yard therapy pool with a depth of 3 feet 6 inches that is kept at a warmer temperature.

This pool is used for water aerobics, swimming lessons and physical rehabilitation. Also Men and Women’s locker rooms come equipped with lockers and showers and are handicap accessible.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
